Any property professional can cancel and request for refund within 30 days of payment. The property professional must send us cancellation email to email@example.com and state the reasons for the cancellation.
We would only accept cancellation and make refunds for any subscription plan payment within 30 days. Any request for cancellation and refund outside 30 days would be rejected.
If we received your cancellation email within 30days, we will send your cancellation acceptance mail within 7 working days and process your refund within 14 working days. Receiving your refunds would now depend on our Payment Gateway Services Provider, PayPal or Barclays Bank UK PLC depending on the method of payment you used during your payment.
